Imperial China, Cantonese style food with authentic flavors is located near Airport, one of the most beautiful classy property of Hilton.
The new menu crafted by Chef is truly inviting. The ambiance is very classy and cozy. Lovely use of artifacts, creating a very palatial ambiance outside the restaurant. Restaurant ambiance was decent. Keeping it very simple and classic.
We started the meal with some amazing Red wine and chefs Signature Khimchi & Pumpkin Crackers.
Some appetizers to go with wine & mocktails:
Honey Chilly Potatoes: Classic dishes, one of the specialties of every Chinese restaurant. Lovely baby potatoes tossed in Honey chilly sauces. The sweetness from honey with chilly, fantastic. Just amazing, recommended.
Bean Curd: Tofu tossed in garlic & soya sauce. Pretty good dish. Nice tangy & spice flavors to it.
Spinach Cabbage Dimsum: Dimsums are must have at any Asian place. Truly amazing filling, perfect thickness, must have
Mains:
Kung Pao Pok Choy: Amazing balance of spices, Soya Kung pao gravy was fabulous.
Wok Tossed Baby Aubergine: Fried Aubergine with Jalapeno wok tossed, in dry spices. Aubergine could have been a little more crispy.
Mee Goreng: Noodles with veggies tossed in garlic chilly sauce.
Sweet End
Asian Dessert always one of the best, especially the coconut base. Also, the sweetness is well balanced. We opted for
Coconut Pudding: Chefs signature butterscotch sauces topped on lovely Coconut Pudding. Coconut Pudding was very presented, well set in Mould. Some garnish apart from the sauce could have added some texture to the dish. Overall, good dessert
Fried Ice Cream: One of the most popular Asian desserts, tempura Coated ice cream, fried and served with apple pieces & chocolate sauce. A perfect end to our meal. Highly Recommended.
Overall, Imperial China truly is a great place to dine. Limited Menu, using simple ingredients and keeping flavors simple.
The service & ambiance is fabulous. Thanks for the amazing experience..!!
