Chinese Express is a Chinese eatery located in Lower Parel, serving a variety of Chinese delicacies better than Triple Schezwan Fried Rice or Manchurians, vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian. Without wasting more words describing the overall menu, let's get to the point!
We hogged on the following delicacies:
#1 Paneer Twin Pepper Dry:
The only vegetarian dish we ordered and loved! Basically it's deep fried paneer sauteed with Green Bell Pepper, Black pepper powder (That's why the name twin Pepper we guessed), spring onion and garlic. Paneer is really soft and flavorful, those who love paneer but don't like paneer manchurian or paneer chilly can go with this.

#2 Chicken Sizzled Chilly:
A better Chicken dish that can replace a normal Chicken Chilly/Manchurian. Deep fried chicken is sauteed in finely chopped ginger-garlic, spring onion and their secret chilly sauce and the final product is garnished with purple cabbage. They serve it real hot to make you go 'shshshshshshsh' in your first bite. It tastes crispy, spicy, nice and moist.

#3 Chicken Coriander Lollipop:
We would highly recommend this to every Chicken Lollipop lover. It is the best lollipop in town because first of all they don't add color to make it look red and tasty, second of all it has an amazing flavor of coriander in it, which makes chicken taste fresh. Again, they serve it real hot, be careful with your tongue! 😜 It tastes better with their schezwan sauce.

#4 Prawns Khow Suey:
It's like Burmese cuisine hidden under Indian Chinese cuisine. Khow Suey is a Burmese noodle dish consisting of a coconut based curry served with an array of different condiments (like roasted peanuts, fried garlic, parsley, caramelized onion, chili flakes, spring onion and lemon) that takes this dish to a tour of different flavors in your mouth. ALSO: Prawns added to the curry are just like a cherry on the cake. The Prawns they use are quite big and fresh. This is the cheapest Khow Suey you'll get, for 300 bucks for 2. Highly recommended to those who love to try new cuisines.

#5 Chinese Thaali:
Recommended for those who want to have a gist of Chinese delicacies served by Chinese Express. This Thali consists of fried rice, a gravy item, a dry item, their schezwan sauce and spring rolls. We obviously ordered Non Veg Thali which consisted of Chicken Fried Rice, a Chicken Gravy dish, a Chicken Dry Gravy dish, schezwan sauce and Chicken Spring Rolls and Korean Kimchi; Kimchi is made of cabbage seasoned with ginger-garlic, spring onion and some chili sauce. The entire Thali is good up to the mark, but what we loved the most were the spring rolls! Very crispy and flavorful.

#6 Chinese Sizzler:
It's just like any other sizzler we find in different restaurants, one difference being that it's Chinese. It's served just like any other sizzler. This sizzler consists of Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Chicken Lollipop and sauteed Veggies. The veggies enhance the flavor of this sizzler.

#7 Chinese Kepsa (Half):
This is an innovation by Chinese Express. We can compare this to a certain extent with Chinese Sizzler. It is served with Chicken Fried rice topped with 2 boiled eggs, chicken lollipop and chicken chili gravy. This Kepsa is sufficient for 2 people.

#8 Green Thai Curry with Chicken and Steamed Rice
Another cuisine hidden under Indian Chinese cuisine! This is again an amazing blend of Thai flavors brought down in one dish. Chicken in this coconut based Thai curry tastes really good when eaten with steamed rice. If you're looking for a soulful meal, go with this dish, you'll be at peace.
