Strike A Pose: Verbena Is Serving Up Yoga Classes With Beer

Going into the beer yoga class I thought it would be more fun and less of a workout, but boy was I wrong! The one-hour class was a tough yoga class.

The instructor was amazing and the experience as a whole was super fun with the beer. I look forward to more such events.

I wish they had classes more frequently!
