What Makes It Awesome?

Love North Indian?

Try Khao Piyo Jiyo, a new place in Kandivali East.
Located in Thakur Complex, this place is a total delight.

The place has been beautifully done with pretty lights! One of the classiest place for sure in Kandivali East if you sit upstairs! Not just that, sitting downstairs has an open place with an amazing bar and a dessert truck. Wow!

Also, the staff here is amazing! The knowledge that they carry is commendable too. We were being served by Mr Nimesh.

Went here with my mom today for dinner.

Firstly we started by ordering a Soup - Mexican Smoked Tomato. Tomato soup with Mexican flavours and added corn, kidney beans and nachos. Such a healthy soup and so soothing for this chilled weather. Loved it!

For starters, we tried:

1. Exotic vegetable Spring Roll: Spring Rolls were super delicious! And the best part about it is that they weren't oily at all.

2. Panchporan Tandoor Aloo with Kasundi and Garlic Yogurt: Potatoes were so properly marinated and the richness of cream, tandoori and garlic was lovely! Don't skip on this dish!

For mains, we tried:

1. Khade Masale ki Sabzi with Butter Kulcha and Naan: A sabzi made up of exotic vegetables in a spicy tomato and onion gravy with the authentic kolhapuri flavours. So so tasty! Also, the naans and kulchas were so soft and full of butter.

2. Dal Makhni with Corn and Jeera Rice: Dal Makhni was the best dish over here! So so creamy and so delicious! Dal makhani is a must-try here!

For drinks, we ordered the normal virgin mojito which was very refreshing! And Oreo Martini lovely! Not too sweet and no too bland!

For dessert, we tried the Tiramisu Chocolate Dome. This was by far one of the best tiramisu based dessert I've ever tried! A hard dome sprinkled with tiramisu powder. When you break open the dome, you get vanilla ice cream and tiramisu cake and served with chocolate sauce. Yum yum yum!

Later, we were served with Paan flavoured Caviar in a small spoon. So unique and filled with the authentic flavour of paan.

A must try!
