Santé procures the best of ingredients directly from the farmer setting a paragon of farm to café element. The interiors are adroitly in line with greenery engrossed in homely décor, bookshelf, crimped paper lamps, and positive vibes all around the place. The cutlery section is devoid of any plastic or harmful substances and consists of neem and wood plates, banana leaf straw, and copper glasses which look so natural. You can also choose from an option of almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk. Creamed Asparagus Soup – made with cream, asparagus, and smoked tomato chutney. This mix of ingredients is super light on the stomach. Vietnamese Chilled Salad Rolls – a combination of sprouts, green cucumber, carrots, and rice noodles wrapped in rice paper with sweet chilli basil dressing. It looked colourful and had a great presentation. Hummus And Spiced Mushroom – hummus on multigrain tartine and high protein mushroom are for the hummus lovers. Spicy mushrooms were sautéed to perfection. Farm Fresh Pizza – served on stoned grilled ragi base topped with olives, jalapenos, sun-dried tomatoes, and other vegetables. It looked like a tropical forest and tasted great. Pizza Verde – ragi base with add-ons like capers, zucchini, spinach, broccoli, fenugreek, and arugula basil pesto looked like a verdant. It could have been better. Piri Piri Crusted Cottage Cheese Steak – a plate full of broccoli pesto with cottage cheese resting under it and ratatouille lying on the epicentre of the plate. The ratatouille had the piri piri taste whereas, the cheese didn’t go well with broccoli pesto. For desserts, try the Valrhona Chocolate Pie; an oat flour base topped with rich dark French chocolate. Truly a blissful experience and it works as a mood-lifter as well. Santé Spa Cuisine is all about freshly made dishes that will keep you away from all the junk food and every morsel that you have here is protein rich and high on fibre.
