Pritam's Global Cuisine
Unlike a Dhaba, this is a phenomenal place. I was awestruck with the quirky interiors and wide space. This is one of the premium looking casual dining space likely serves scrumptious dhaba type food. Interiors are eye-catchy, simply stunning.
Menu has been curated carefully with picky dishes from north Indian, continental and chinese. Though their Indian is quite impressive and hands on. Service was a little lagging somewhere. Staff needs to be more attentive to have a fantastic experience of lively place.
So what we had here?
We tried some of the fancy mocktails which were King of Queen Alphonso and Coral Sea. Both mocktails were presented greatly. King of Queen Alphonso was sweet mango based mocktail which was refreshing though.
Coming towards food, you need to be very particular about your choice because the menu will definitely give you hell lot of options. We tried the Pritam's stuffed potatoes and tri-coloured nachos. Saying about the tandoori aloo, it was jacket potatoes stuffed with some tandoori spices and tossed well. Crispy Nachos layered with Kidney beans and served with cheese sauce. Perfect salsa along with the nachos was the cherry on the tastiness. Also, the Chilli Cheese Poppers stuffed with cheese and jalapenos with few dips was quite bold in flavours and tasted good. Skipped Mains.
Wrapped up our meal on a sweet note with their special paan ice cream which was the star dish of the evening.
Some hits and misses, though this place has great potentials in food area to be improved. Indian part was a sure hit, continental can be given a few touches. The server needs to be quick and attentive for a great dining experience. Hats off to the impressive food.
