Rs. 10 add on for cheese or mayo or grill or schezwan.
Now amidst all these over priced vendors taking advantage of college students, there lies one shop that serves you a schezwan vada pav at just Rs. 5.
Mind blowing isn't it?
You might think it's bad at quality and bad at hygiene. But no, the quality is mind blowing. It felt so homemade, just felt like maa ke haath ka khana. Hygiene was better than street food vendors too. He keeps the vadas inside a ice box to let it stay hot and also prevent flies for infecting it.
When I asked him why and how is he doing it, his answer was just so touching -
"Beta, jabse vada pav 50p ka milta tha tabse dhandha hai ye mera. 10rs pe log kaise baech lete hai ye aaj tak nahi samajta. Logo ko lootne se andar ki shaanti kharab hoti hai. Usse acha yehi daam par bechkar duaye lelu sabke."
