What Is It?

A seafood-ie’s delight, the annual Versova Seafood Festival will be held over the long weekend this year January {26-28}. The fiesta, hosted by the Koli community is hugely popular among foodies. The three-day festival witnesses hoards of people thronging to gorge on Konkani dishes, some of them so rare that you won’t find them on any restaurant menu.

Who Is It For?

Anybody who would love to eat various varieties of fish, prawns, clams and much more. Also great for those who want an insight into the Konkani culture.

Why Should I Go For It?

The Koli community are fishermen, so you can expect fresh catch being served to you at affordable rates at a festival that’s completely dedicated to seafood. There are also regional performances to look forward to.

We cannot even begin to tell you how excited we are about the long weekend and the fact that we will get to go mad on the varieties of seafood dishes that’ll be served there.
