Let’s just admit it right here: most of us have a fetish with food trucks that is difficult to obtain. Likewise, with waffles. Maybe it is the spongy nature of the dessert, or the warm comfort in a plate that it provides, waffles are pretty epic.

Waffles on Wheels is the newest kid on the block and is run by entrepreneur, Purav Doshi. You have options aplenty at this mini restaurant-on-wheels, and you can build your own waffle too. Start with a base – plain, dark or red velvet waffle, and then add three toppings to it. Milk chocolate, gems, cookie crumbs or Nutella: which one will you choose?

If you’re one for easier choices, pick one of the 14 readymade options – The Dark Knight {plain waffle with dark chocolate}, Blueberry Waffle {waffle with blueberry and cream cheese}, Brownie Waffle {self explanatory, no?} and more.

A basic warm waffle with honey or maple syrup is for INR 100, a build-your-own waffle is for INR 130, and the rest go up to a maximum of INR 150.

The truck is starting operations on Monday, September 11, and will be at the Amarsons Garden Parking Lot every day from 5.30pm–11pm.
