#LBBPicks: Go Waterfall Rappelling This Weekend In Karjat

Ten-Second Takeaway

Go rappelling down the Bekare waterfall this weekend if you're looking for a little adventure, and also enjoy the panoramic views all around in its Karjat surroundings.

What's It About?

The one-day trip starts with a reporting time of 5am {hello, early birds!} at Kanjurmarg train station. After reaching Bhivpuri station, the group will trek for an hour to the waterfall, which stands roughly at 115 feet. The trek is an easy one, and will be possible for all fitness levels, and will also afford great views of the surroundings. The group will also get to walk along the picturesque Dhom dam while crossing a small stream.

Bekare waterfall is a great spot to go rappelling, especially during the monsoon, when the water overflows and makes rappelling there a choppy affair.

I love food, Bombay and people who do amazing things just for the sake of doing them.
