You can scratch 'eating authentic tiramisu' off your food list because a new Italian dessert kitchen called Dolcemi has opened in Bandra. It is run by two culinary enthusiasts-turned-chefs, Kaveer and Mirella {who hail from Padua, Italy}.
We had one box full of mini tiramisu and mousse cups called into the office, and truth be told, those nine little containers were wiped clean like dear life depended on it. We tried the traditional tiramisu, the pineapple tiramisu, coffee semifreddo, hazelnut mousse, pannacotta among others. The favourite definitely is the traditional tiramisu which is lightly balanced in flavours and had zero gelatin in it.
In addition, we had a creamy gelato with chocolate drops and biscotti which blew our mind. All these are starting around INR 150 each, depending on the type.
