We stumbled upon an article called “The Religion Of Biryani In India: East And North Chapters” earlier on our quests online to find food online. Thereupon we found a food blogger who doesn’t just do it for the pictures. The blog written by Indrajit Lahiri was not only interesting, but also created a palate for things we had never eaten before! Reading about biryani from the corners of the country, puchka stories, bhang in Kolkata and tales from the Tagore Kitchen, we were in awe. FOMO is real when it comes to this lockdown.
But, is the life of a food critic really that easy? We’ve only gazed at it dreamily in the movie Ratatouille, but this time, we finally get a chance to know what goes behind the makings of a food blogger. Tune into an interesting conversation between Mr. Lahiri and Luna Chatterjee (a social media influencer) and get an insight into what it takes to become a critic for a cuisine as diverse as in India.
Join them in a candid conversation on Zoom and start your own food journey once the lockdown ends!
