Bubble Waffles took 2017 by storm and for all the right reasons. Warm bubble waffles wrapped around ice cream, fruits and whipped cream became the city’s favourite indulgence in a heartbeat. Wowfillss in Lower Parel, London Bubble Co. in Juhu and Origin Waffles in Bandra West are a few places were you can try them.
They are as delicious as they are cute and loaded with all the goodness possible. Mini Pancake is another dessert trend that has taken over Mumbai and has made some new fans. Food trends have a dark side but it sure is extremely delicious. Goth food is another trend that took over Mumbai and gave us some unique Instagram stories. Ticca Tikka in Andheri West has a special menu that features jet black with edible charcoal. Do try their goth tikkas and goth lassi. And when you are up for dessert, head to Ice Kraft in Andheri West for the goth ice cream.
