Bayroute 😍❤
Bayroute is my all time favorite Resto-Bar and when I came to know that it has opened it's new outlet in Juhu which is hardly 1km from my home I do had to visit here and I visited here 2 day's ago.
According to me this outlet is the bestest outlet from all three. I can say this as I have visited all the outlet's. Bayroute is a perfect family Resto-Bar where you can visit with anyone.
It this outlet also there are both type's of seating's available, Indoor AC and outdoor Non-AC. Ambience at both the places is amazing.
As I have mentioned earlier also that here North Indian food is not available as it serves soo many amazing and different dishes in cuisine's like Labenese, Egyptian, Turkish, Moroccan and Greek, not only this much but Coffee's and Tea's are also available here and which are also available here in Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic both.
Now coming to what all we had :-)
~ Mocktail's / Sheikh
1• Salted Caramel Baklava Sheikh – This is my all time favorite Shake in Bayroute which contains of Baklava and Caramel in it and from somewhere it tastes a little salty too. Taste is just wonderful.
~ Cold Mezze
1• Hummus Bayroute – Hummus here is totally different then any other place, I just hate hummus of other places but here It is just amazing, here it doesn't even tastes like hummus, and this Bayroute Hummus I had for the first time and it is there signature Hummus and in it there were Creamy Hummus & Greek Yogurt Labneh Swirl and was topped with Sesame & Sumac Za'atar. Taste was really awesome.
2• Beetroot Borani – It is basically a Beetroot Flavored Hung Yougurt which contains of Dill, Walnuts, Onion seeds & Feta. Taste was very unique and was very nice, loved it.
~ Hot Mezze
1• Mezze Fries – As the name is Mezze Fries so these were fries only but very different then simple one's, in these there was not to potatoes but also Carrot, Beetroot, Potato, Sweet Potato & Piquant Chillies Seasoned with Za'atar & Yemini Sahawiq and was served with Herbed Labneh & Spicy Tahini Cream. Taste was just fantastic.
2• Halloumi Cheese Cigar's – it was a Crisp Pastry Wrapped Halloumi topped with Peach Caramelized Onion, Spicy Turkish Acili Ezme. It was again very yummy.
~ Dessert's
1• Hamuru – This was mainly a Choux Pastry Filled with Hazelnut Praline & Butter Cream and was Garnished with Caramelized Hazelton & Milk Chocolate Shards. It was really delicious and it was served in a very beautifull plate/tray.
2• K'nafi Jibneh – It was an Angel Hair Shredded Kataifi Baked with Cheese & Pistachio and topped with Rose Syrup. Taste was very nice.
I tried both the dessert's for the first time and really loved these.
Recommendation's – Everything.❤😋
Talking about service and presentation so service was very good and presentation was amazing.
