The Piquant is a bakery based out Malad that conducts workshops regularly on how to make cakes, chocolates, jelly art and more. At these workshops, you can make unique clear jelly cakes, with flowers fillings. At this all-day workshop, you will be baking five cakes and you can take these home post the workshop, like a proud baker you are.
Who Is It For?
Bakers and lovers of sweet desserts. This unique workshop will be conducted by Priyanka who will take these workshops, and teach you the techniques as well as the science behind making a gorgeous jelly cake.
They will be teaching you four different flower variations in the jelly cake, along with leaf fillers. They will also be teaching you to make clear jelly and pudding – and all of this eggless and 100% vegetarian.
