Yoga Dog is a beautiful and peaceful yoga studio in Arpora, Goa started off by an ex-Mumbaikar and current proud Goan resident.

Namaste Goa

Yoga Dog has been started off by Rifq Sarao who moved to Goa leaving behind the big city woes. She started off her own cute little studio in Arpora. Think spacious, natural light and beautifully aesthetics. The idea behind the space is to culminate a community of yogis and people who practice and learn more about it.

Currently, the studio has a really diverse rooster of their yoga teachers – international and local teachers all passionate about their yoga journey. For INR 5,000 per month one can attend 12 classes or pay INR 600 for a walk-in class.

What We Love

This studio is open to everyone, visitors, locals and tourists. If you want to attend a session of Goa, you can do so. Though they accept walk-ins, a three-hour heads up would be advisable. Apart from this, we love how the teachers are really friendly, helpful and will guide through the sessions.

So, We're Saying...

If you’re vacationing in Goa but don’t feel like skipping your fitness routine then head to Yoga Dog for a 60 minute session. Who says you can’t be fit on your vacation? Break the rules.
