Ubadiyu is a mixture of steamed vegetables with green chutney. A variety of vegetables like Suran, brinjal, onions, sweet potatoes, flat green beans, garlic etc. are coated with green chutney and put in an earthen pot. Once cooked, the pot is emptied directly on your plate. Since some vegetables are found only in winter, this spicy snack is available in the cold weather only.
