You have got to try this utterly, butterly delicious pav bhaji near Heera Panna in SoBo.

A roadside thela located between the entry and exit gates of Heera Panna you will find this delicious pav bhaji topped with butter that smells like heaven! You can hardly wait to dig into it {we’re serious}. They start making it around 7pm, but only start serving after 8.15pm. They also serve some amazing tawa pulao. There are some small plastic stools that are provided to sit, but we prefer doing a takeaway.
