Patrons will get to enjoy from our The Su’eatable’ Project menu. One can choose a vegetable/Fruit and then enjoy a starter, main course, dessert and a mocktail with that vegetable as a star ingredient. If you choose Pumpkin you can enjoy Pumpkin Hummus, Pan seared Gnocchi, Pumpkin Pie Flexi and Pumpkintini. Our star ingredients for this special menu are Pumpkin, Beetroot, Courgette, Sweet Potatoes, Banana.
