The Sassy Spoon’s menu is nothing short of diverse – and it doesn’t just stop at the food. They serve two kinds of sangria – with a Sassy twist, of course. Their fresh berry sangria – comes loaded with fresh berries marinated in red wine, and its counterpart – aka ‘shenny’ is made with {seasonal} fresh plum puree, hints of peach, apple, mint, and white wine. Adda’s sangria is available in a glass, pitcher, or jar {if you’re a hipster}. Made with overnight wine-soaked fruits, and wine {of your choice: red or white} and brandy concoction – and we hear it’s a knockout! Find it under the ‘classic cocktails’ section of their menu, at both the Kothrud and Pimple Saudagar outlets.

Brazilian restaurant Boteco does a lovely, subtle {read: mature} version of sangria. Infused with peach liqueur, triple sec, and fresh cut fruit, Boteco’s sangria is made with your choice of red/white wine. You can guzzle these by the glass or pitcher {we’re partial to the latter} as you chow down on their delicious meaty grills!
