Koregaon Park is a true paradise for foodies- from lip-smacking street food {check out our guide here} to some of the best restaurants the city has to offer, there’s nothing you can’t find here. Here are 5 Koregaon Park restaurants that should be at the top of your ‘places to eat at’ list.

One O Eight

Not only is One O Eight a beloved vegetarian eatery, their minimalist hipster-chic vibe is what keeps us going back for more. We love their health-conscious menu, vegan desserts, their totally insta-worthy, colourful organic lattes, and overall cosy vibe. Now open until 10PM, it also makes for a super date night destination. Check out our recommendation here.

Street Meat

Not like your usual restaurants, Street Meat makes up in food for what they lack in space. Their global street-food-inspired fare is innovative and delicious, and we haven’t had a bad meal here yet! We love their juicy burgers, tasty soft-shell tacos, and of course – their signature Korean BBQ chicken wings and Thai-style chicken golgappas {yes, you read that right}. They also feature on our LBB meat lovers’ bucket list, and our guide to ah-mazing waffles in Pune because they’re just *that* good.

The Sassy Spoon

The Sassy Spoon finally launched their first Pune outlet in December 2016, and have garnered a loyal following of food lovers ever since. Their menu features an eclectic mix of dishes, and some of the most potent cocktails we’ve tasted! If you’re a first-timer and unsure what to try; their staff are always helpful in choosing the right dish. Whether you’re dining with your family or your S.O., Sassy Spoon is always a good idea. They have daily specials and weekly events – like  happy hours, quiz nights, master-classes {think: baking, cocktail-making}, and live-music nights – which you can keep track of via their Facebook Page.

Savya Rasa

Savya Rasa is one of the most consistent restaurants in terms of food and service – and by that, we mean they’re always excellent. Elegant and understated decor provide the perfect setting for any occasion, and their carefully curated menu of regional South Indian cuisine remains unmatched in the city. Don’t expect the standard idli-vada-dosa – this is fine-dining, quality food. Savya Rasa was even voted one of the ‘Top 50 Best Restaurants In India’ recently – so you definitely don’t want to miss a chance to dine here.

Boteco

Pune’s {and also India’s} first authentic Brazilian restaurant, Boteco serves up amazing Brazilian and contemporary-European fare. Now open for lunch as well as dinner, they have an extensive menu of the best meaty dishes that would thrill any hard-core carnivore {check out our recommendation here}. On weekends {Saturday and Sunday} they do an ‘all you can eat’ Churrasco Brazilian BBQ Lunch which is to-die-for and so worth it! Check out their Instagram for their weekly specials and behind-the-scenes sneak peeks.

Mahlzeit

Mahlzeit is all about authentic, soul-satisfying German street food! The restaurant is small with decent ambience. But trust us, you will definitely experience Berlin on your plate, once you dig in to their food.

Try out their specialties – German bratwurst hot dog for INR 250 and the Mahlzeit BLT made of crispy pork bacon, lettuce, tomato and homemade mayonnaise for INR 275. If you’re in for some experiment, order the Turkish-German combination of Bratkartoffel doner for INR 250.
