Attend one of Surajit 'Bomti' Iyengar's exclusive dinner parties for a distinctive gastronomic and cultural experience. Like a giant hug of food, Ambrosia's Lebanese platter is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! It includes silky hummus, smokey baba ganoush (I enjoy saying that), fiery muhammara, and lovely labneh with olive oil and za'atar. Pita bread and crispy crackers are plenty, along with crunchy falafels and a very fresh fattoush salad. It's completely vegetarian and lovingly prepared, making it a wholesome treat for your mum and you!
