Established in the early 1960s, the restaurant was initially named Nanking Cafe. Over five decades, Blue Nile rose to the fame it boasts of now! With its retro Indian ambience, wooden furniture and spacious dining halls, eating here is close to a tradition that has been going strong through generations.
Coming to the food, Blue Nile is literally synonymous to Irani style mutton biryani {INR 350} and boneless chicken masala {INR 300}. We highly recommend you try their prawns pulav for INR 350, with a side of vegetable kolhapuri for INR 200. Another lip-smacking combination will be brain masala for INR 200, cooked to perfection with spices and herbs, with butter naan for INR 35 per piece.
For desserts, must-try the falooda with ice cream for INR 200 and the classic caramel custard for INR 100.
So, We're Saying...
If you’re new to Pune and looking for an affordable place to satiate your non-veg cravings, Blue Nile is your anwer!
