We are always on the look out for easy breezy kurtis specially when the sun refuses to show any mercy on us. Head to Aplaya boutique in Park Street to your kurti game by several notches.

Located at one corner of Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road, this boutique has a display of their humble creations. They mostly stock fusion styles for women. 

Each piece is crafted either using raw silk, cotton or georgette. You will mostly find long salwar suits, flared skirts paired with tops, shararas and gararas as well. We liked their gowns specially the one with look-alike pearl embroidered yoke that gives out a contemporary edge, ideal for any date night.

One will also find casual kurtis with floral prints to gingham style and light embroidery as well. On the second floor you will find  a stock of ready-to-stitch salwar materials. 

Every kurti can be customised as per the size (up to XXL) and preference of customers. Prices of casual kurtis start from INR 1,600 and they are open to giving discounts as well.

The designer-turned owner of the boutique seemed a bit hostile. We would have preferred a welcoming gesture.

They also stock super trendy bottoms so you can mix and match them with the kurtis.
