People have always suggested authentic Maharashtrian flavors. And especially with misal, I have been bombarded with suggestions. Recently one of my friends suggested chapara for their missal, thalipeeth and bhakri plate.
Honestly, this was one of my best experiences to try their missal which was brilliant, not too spicy and not too mild but full of flavors.
Their bhakri plate served with taak and usual sabji was delicious.
I never tried thalipeet but this was surely a good start. It was very well cooked. Loved it.
I also tried their paav bhaaji which was again delicious.
Their chole bhature was also given a Maharashtrian touch which turned out to be really good. You could find the Maharashtrian flavors in the chole.
Overall I really liked the place, you must try some of their dishes to have a feel of the authentic Maharashtrian flavors.
