What Makes It Awesome?

Indeed, this time it's non-Veg at Dikhawa Dhaba's new outlet by same Management "SO DO NOT GET CONFUSED with Location” NIBM Rd is still serving the Only VEG. To some extent the same Ambience with both Indoor & Outdoor comfort seating arrangements.

On Food: Food menu is 6+ pages rundown, So Yes! the pleasant spread of Veg & Non-Veg dishes along with some nice Refreshing Mocktails & Cocktails.

Talking on food what I attempted,

Starters:

Kurkure Jhinga: Dish name itself increment's the degree of fervour, Spicy marinated Plump and juicy prawns coated with Poha (dagdi Poha). The dish spiciness was balanced with the Poha taste also the crunchiness gives you the slight hint of a crunch. Have suggested, levelling down the Poha coating to adjust the flavour. Somehow "Phika" taste of Poha was overpowering, but still a #musttry seafood dish.

Murgh Rogini Kebab: Decent size boneless Chicken kebab seasoned with curry leaves, In-house spices and with a dash of chilli oil. Spices flavours were imbued with succulent chicken very well, all in all, the starter was prepared to perfection and served.

Andra Chicken Fry: Crisped chicken and hurled with fresh curry leaves along with desi spices. Somehow I missed the Andra spiciness, Tad bit of marination was missing. In any case, I ought not to miss referencing that the Spices and curry leave flavour was seared to perfection.

Mutton Pepper fry: Kerala Style preparation, boned Mutton Chunks tossed with Black Pepper, Curry leaves, a lot of Onions rings ( till it gets brown) & in-house Spices. Good pungency from black pepper compliments well with mutton gives in the rich flavour to this dish.

Multani Paneer Tikka [Veg]: Multani Paneer Tikka is very different, Where paneer chunks marinated in Multani spices and are stuffed and cooked in the Tandoor. this starter was fresh, generous, and prepared to perfection. from Veg this is Must try.

Bharwan khumb One of my favourite fungi Appetizer which is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Kebab size was acceptably loaded down with cheddar and spices. The starter was impeccably delicate, succulent, and just with the correct zest. A good partner with a glass of wine.

Mains:

Highway Waali Handi: mutton based gravy that has a luscious texture and royal red colour. Hot and fragrant made with ground spices, onions and tomatoes. It's perfect for a family lunch or dinner. There was a soul-satisfying meal.

Kathiyawad Chicken: Specialty of the highways of Gujarat, chicken prepared with coriander and garlic based green masala. Somehow this dish failed to impress my taste bud. Coriander taste was overpowered and was mild in taste.

Desserts:

Langar ki Kher: Broken wheat simmered in ghee and slow-cooked with milk and jaggery makes an utterly divine dessert. Must try.

Verdicts: A must visit place for those who are staying around sinhagad Rd, Katraj, Nanded City and another nearby area. Also, it won't disappoint you even if you’re travelling from any part of the city.

Feedback provided to Eatery:

On above all tasted food items, I shared my feedback to those dishes which requires Chef or management's attention and the same is mentioned against that respective dish.

They will have to take care of flies (especially Outdoor seating arrangement), which is conveyed to management and they have considered this as their Top priority action item.
