I ordered Corn Tikki Brown Bread Sandwich, Chicken kheema Bao and Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani.

Corn Tikki Brown Bread Sandwich was a huge one which was having a fresh brown bread made by restaurant itself and filled with yummy crispy corn Tikki and lot of veggies and sauces which blends well together.

About Chicken kheema Bao then, to be frank, it was also huge and the best bao I have ever had. Yeah, it is correct. Bao Buns also are known as a 'Steamed buns' or 'baozi', are a delicious, warm, fluffy treat of stuffing wrapped inside a sweet, white dough. Made with a mix of flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder, milk and oil. Talking about the Chicken kheema then it was fresh and literally, it was melting in my mouth. The texture was perfect and the taste was SCRUMPTIOUS. Trust me I'm still craving for it. The bao was perfect and the chicken kheema was giving it a perfect and balanced supporting role to make this dish Scrumptious.

About Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani

The founder, Nagasamy Naidu, started Thalappakatti restaurant by the name of Anandha Vilas Biriyani Hotel in 1957 at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. In 2013 the chain won a trademark lawsuit about the use of the word "thalappakatti" (meaning "turban" in Tamil).

It is a world-famous Biryani and HOPP makes that well-known Biryani with the same recipe for us. The seeraga samba rice is the main thing to get the real taste. This biryani has a unique taste and the masala is a perfect partner to hold the rice and mutton together. Onion, chillies, garlic, ginger and coriander paste is what you get in the masala but trust me once you opened the box mmmm the smell will haunt you. After having the 1st bite of it yummy you will have a flavourful blast in your mouth and you just can't stop yourself from eating, eating and eating. The Mutton was perfectly cooked and it was fresh, the masala and rice were perfectly cooked and mixed. Overall it was a heavenly experience together.

Overall my experience was Scrumptious.

Most recommended Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani and Chicken kheema Bao.
