Kolkata people! Elahi Luxury Dining in Park Circus just launched a new menu and we think you should give it a try.
The restaurant just completed a year and launched a new menu to mark the occasion. So, on the menu, they've got a wide selection of appetisers, mains and mocktails. From different kinds of kebabs and tikkas to mains and biryani, this one is a gastronomical delight for chicken and mutton lovers!
The kebabs are tender, juicy and packed with flavours with just the right amount of spice. If you are a chicken person, we'd totally recommend the Chicken Jahangiri Tikka but if mutton is your thing, then the Mutton Nizami Tikka aur the Mutton Reshmi Makhmali Tikka is what we think you should opt for. We tried the Chicken Do Pyaaza too and loved it! Order a Butter Naan or, even better, a lachcha paratha along with it and you're sorted. The Mutton Biryani is to-die-for - fragrant and just the right kind of moist. The mutton pieces were succulent and flavourful - easily one of the best biryanis we've eaten in a long long time.
Gobble it all down with their mocktails - Shirley Temple and Black Mystery (made using Blue Curacao).
