The festive season is around the corner, and if you haven't picked up some cool traditional outfits for the celebrations, we are here to help. Whether you're a fan of something classic or modern, sparkly or subtle, colourful or toned down, there are multiple stores and boutiques in town to find that perfect outfit to match your aesthetics.

Cotton Cottage

Cotton Cottage is one of our favourite spots to pick up artisan-made ethnic wear in town. We recommend it for two reasons: handcrafted collections and pocket-friendly prices. Since 2005, the brand has stood the test of time with its traditional hand-block prints made with the finest-quality woven fabrics. You'll find everything from short to long kurtas, tunics, dresses, pants, and more.

Rethinking traditional wear with modern aesthetics, Ka-Sha in Koregaon Park celebrates handcrafts with its unique collection. Although a little pricey, their dedication to ethically made, consciously created, and zero-waste techniques justify the amount. Each piece is hand-dyed and crafted with love. You'll find gorgeous tie-dye dresses, appliqué skirts, embroidered jackets, and more. The best part is that you can style them with other pieces from your closet and create casual looks.
