Located on Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Gabbar's is a Bollywood-themed bar cum restaurant done up beautifully with film posters, frames, illustrations, popular characters and dialogues adorning its walls. Think Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjeev Kumar, Madhuri Dixit's illustrations painted on the brick walls. There are quotes like 'Mere Karan Arjun Aayenge', 'Ek Chutki Sindoor', 'Holi Kab Hai' and more written on the walls alongside names of films and characters.
Coming to the food, the place serves an array of Chinese, North Indian, Italian and fast food dishes. The wontons are to die for! Easily one of the best we've had. Other must-haves include Highway De Dhabe Di Shaan (Amritsari kulcha topped with Punajbi chole and onion chutney), Pav Bhaji Fondue, kebab platter, Gosht Rahra, Makkhan Singh's Butter Chicken, Crispy Prawns Garlic Pepper, Devil's Choice and Chilli Garlic Noodles.
