Sip On
The Patiala Bar, as they call it at Bombay Brasserie will be functional during these hours. The desi pauwas — Janta Bar, Go Goa Gone, Shimla Rum Do, which are already a hit, are there for those who like to get high, but not on the chai. Additionally, the interesting bar menu brings together homemade liquor infusions in Desi Cocktails like Southern Express {five dark spirits combined with Coke and lime}; Fauji Party Special {dark rum, pineapple juice, kala namak and chaat masala for that desi concoction} to Desi Mocktails like Juhu Beach Gola {kala khatta gola served in a cutting chai} and Not-So-Saada {a smoothie with Kolkata paan flavour, gulkand and ice cream}.
