What Makes It Awesome?

Masakha is a great place to visit if you're a seafood lover. it's located right on the highway with huge spaces inside. there's garden seating, or under the roof or huts for families. going on a hot afternoon can be sweaty there as the roof gets too hot to sit under it. but the food pretty much makes up for the heat.

What we had:

1. Virgin Mojito: a refreshment on that hot summer afternoon was important to get me relaxed before going heavy on the food menu.

2. Salt & Pepper Prawns: the prawns were fresh and the salt n pepper balance was perfect along with some garlic. this dish is highly recommended here.

3. Pomfret Tandoori: it was grilled to perfection on the outside with leaving it juicy from the inside. the presentation was beautiful with this one.

4. Surmai Malwani Fry: I do like my surmai to be fried in one piece. this one was cut into small pieces topped with a lot of thick malwani masala. I felt this could have been a little better.

5. Chicken Kaala Masala: this was suggested to us by the manager. it is a unique dish with exciting spices. the portion was very good for 2-3 people to have with rotis and rice.

6. Gulab Jamun with Ice cream & Fried ice cream: I wouldn't recommend this place for its desserts. they need a lot of work on it. the gulab jamuns were good but overall I wasn't satisfied with the desserts.

The food here is exceptional. especially the prawns and Pomfret. they need to have air coolers at every corner to make it a more comfortable experience. the service very helpful and prompt.

What Could Be Better?

Coolers around the place a must here.
