Sangamvadi is an upscale Pune neighbourhood that is notorious for its prime location. It is super close to the main Pune Railway Junction and Koregaon Park. The area is bisected by the Mula Mutha river. While Military properties lie on the Northern side, the Southern side has all the bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants, and shopping destinations. This is where the Raja Bahadur Mills are, along with several upscale hotels such as Conrad, Crowne Plaza, Sheraton Grand (formerly Le Meridien), etc. Despite being a busy locality, it is a peaceful residential area with several classy buildings, bungalows, and apartments. No wonder, the real estate in this area is out of many’s reach.
