Biryani By Kilo: So I was craving for North Indian food and what better dish to order than a Biryani? I decided to order the Murg Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, chicken seekh kebabs and Kesar phirni.
They had sent a base along with 2 small candles with which we could heat the Biryani and have it piping hot. The vessel retains the authentic taste of the Biryani.
The seekh kebabs were really delicious and you get the flavour of pudina and spice from the minced chillies. The kebabs were super juicy and weren't dry at all. The Biryani came along with salan which was medium spicy and went really well with the Biryani.
To end the day we had the phirni which is a dessert especially for those people who do not love too much sweet. The texture and flavours were superb and quite balanced.
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is a Biryani and north Indian food lover.
