Their beers are to die for! This one may sound obvious, but the nine types of home-brewed beers offered, really makes it a must visit for any cicerone. Brews range from the classic Hefeweizen but IBC's Porter and Marzen are a must-try. Unlike other breweries, IBC also has a wide range of cocktails and spirits that you can enjoy. Check out the hot toddy, a drink made with dark rum for INR 450 or one of their flaming shooters which are available in a set of five for INR 450.
One of the most noticeable things about their outlets is the amazing ambiance. The high ceilings and wooden furnishings are striking and are guaranteed to result in a great night out with the gang or even to go out on a date. They have outdoor seating as well, which is romantic but quite casual at the same time.
It’s not your average bar food at this brewery. With a great selection of mouthwatering starters, the food menu is to die for at IBC. Try out chicken/tenderloin smoked chilli fry, Bohri style smoked mutton samosas, gunpowder button idli, street style pizza among other interesting bites and mains.
A meal for two here will cost you INR 2,300 and a pint of beer is priced at INR 280. The taproom hosts a Sunday brunch from 12pm to 4pm every week. You can avail unlimited food and soft drinks at INR 850, for INR 1,300 you can get unlimited food and beer/sangria and for INR 1,550 you can get unlimited food, beer and cocktails.
