Ladies and gentlemen! Say hello to the newest kid on the block - Kafe Mozaik.
Located on Ballygunge Circular Road, Kafe Mozaik serves a wide selection of Mughlai, North Indian, Chinese and Continental food. The place has a very casual and contemporary vibe to it with the entrance lined with potted plants and interiors made of wood and soft leathers. The menu offers a nice mix of different kinds of soup, salad, burgers, pizzas, appetisers, kebabs, pasta, noodles, rice, Chinese and North Indian mains, biryani, shakes, mocktails and dessert.
A few must-have dishes include Pudina Paneer Tikka, Stuff Cheese Mushrooms, Chicken Gondhoraj Tikka, Fish Finger, Dragon Roll, Mutton Rogan Josh, Muttar Methi Malai and Daal-E-Khaas. But if you're a Chinese food freak like me, then I'd definitely recommend the Shanghai Spring Rolls, Chill Garlic Noodles, Exotic Vegetables in Hunan Sauce and Pan-Fried Noodles. Fond of burgers? Then, try their house special Kafe Crunch Chicken Burger. Finish it off with the Zafrani Firni or the good ol' kulfi.
It's a decently-priced menu with a meal for two costing around INR 700.
