FYI, the waterfall is located on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway, and currently, the road approaching Kune Falls is private property. In the past, access was restricted, but tourists are generally allowed to visit, often by paying a small entry fee for maintenance purposes.

Best Time To Visit Kune Waterfalls

The ideal time to visit Kune Waterfalls is during the monsoon season, from June to September when the waterfall is most majestic. The surrounding greenery is lush and vibrant. However, the months following the monsoon, from October to February, also offer a great experience with cooler weather, clear skies, and a tranquil atmosphere for a peaceful visit. It is also the perfect time to go there to avoid the rush.

Explore the waterfall area with caution as the rocks can be slippery during monsoon. Avoid going too close to the edge and take the necessary precautions. Admire the beauty from a safe distance.
