We've got a party place in town, and it's one helluva party place at that! While we've seen our favourite Koregaon Park bars open up in Baner, we're surprised how so many places are making their appearance now in Hinjewadi!
Publiq, now with its second outlet in Koregaon Park, opened its first outlet in Hinjewadi and left our jaws hanging in awe.
We love how charmingly the place is done. It's classy and fun at the same time. With wooden interiors, a bar that's an old-school beaut, Edison and radio bulb lit interiors, a retro DJ console table and big brown couches, we loved everything about how they've done up the place. What you'd love most too, is their outdoor seating. Not only is the view from here spectacular, but the cosy dome seating spaces are lovely for a date.
They also have a dance floor for those that don't believe in sitting through a party. To further keep the spirits high, they have a great bar menu. We loved our Old Fashioned and the Cup of Piquant that we ordered. You could even get a pitcher of your favourite drink for you and your gang {or even just all for yourself if you're feeling adventurous}. For those that don't do cocktails, they've got quite an extensive menu and we're sure you'll spot your choice of poison somewhere on it.
Coming to the food, we would highly recommend the Publiq Chakhana, the Butter Chilly Wings, the Amritsari Fish and Chips, and the Tandoori Stuffed Mushrooms. While we didn't have space to try it, you must not miss out on their special Butter Chicken bites, which by its very name has dying to go back!
