Rang De Basanti Dhaba is an extremely popular outlet in Kolkata, which is located at Salt Lake sector 5. The name itself is so catchy that even if you tried you wouldn't be able to forget it so easily. But that is not all that they offer.

This place has been styled with tyres and utensils as wall decors. And, they have a tractor at its entrance. {NO! You cannot take it for a test drive. Although you can take a few selfies while you're there.}

If you thought that was good, then you're in for a real treat. Because the highlight of this restaurant is their food. Amazing North Indian dishes like dilli ka butter chicken, dilli 6 ka tandoori chicken, reshmi kebab, dahi ke kebab, dum aloo, dal makhani. Also their garlic naan are delish. The food here is served on dhaba-style metal utensils which is also totally awesome.

While, the food and decor of this outlet is spot on still they could do better with some music.

Rang De Basanti Dhaba even serves you in your cars if and when you don't find any seats available.
