European cuisine with some desi twists. The food menu has been curated by a well-known Celebrity Chef Mr Ajay Chopra and his team. Chef Raviraj is very active and very kind, also he has a great relationship with the food what they served, hence no compromising in Taste, texture and quality. The only word which can describe their food in Heaven.

I tried some of the dishes from their menu:
The Caesar Cornetto:- A twist which has Caesar salad in the cones. The green salad of romaine lettuce dressed with sauces and mayonnaise filled inside the cones gives you crunchy and sour taste which is Awesome.
Sheesh, Tauk Tacos:- A new level of combination. It is a Shawarma which is plated in the style of Taco. A PETA bread spread with beetroot pickle chutney, hummus topped with lettuce and some green leafy veggies and Sheesh Tauk Chicken pieces. The Sheesh Tauk is made up of chicken chunks marinated in yoghurt, lemon juice and spices and then been grilled. The presentation of this dish is gorgeous and the taste is yummy. Highly recommended.
Hasselback Potatoes:- This Swedish side dish gets its name from Hasselbacken, the Stockholm restaurant where it was first served. Hasselback is a cooking method in which potatoes or other items are sliced not quite-all-the-way through in thin, even layers, which can be stuffed or topped with additional flavourings.
Here the Hasselback potatoes are topped with melted cheese and at the base is Dal Makhani. So perfect Swedish dish with an Indian tadka. Tastes as DELICIOUS as it looks. Highly recommended.
Cauliflower Steak:- It is for the vegetarian people who can't taste the actual steak. Of course, it doesn't taste like regular Steak but it is Perfect as compared to texture and the taste. Cauliflower perfectly Grilled with a perfect texture. The main thing about Steak is when you eat it, it just dissolved in the mouth and this veg version of Steak perfectly passed in this Taste. The cauliflower perfectly dissolved in the mouth. The sides are delicious. Highly recommended.
Burnt Chilli Garlic Thecha Pomfret:- Same old well-known fish Pomfret with a twist, instead of marinating it with regular masala they marinate it with burnt Chilli Garlic Thecha about 6-8 hours. The taste of it is drooling, spicy and Delicious. The fish was fresh. Again Highly recommended.
Penne With Grilled Chicken:- A regular penne pasta with Grilled Chicken and button mushrooms. A simple dish with similar Taste of chicken broth with some black pepper and other spices and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. It is a mild dish but nice in Taste.
Fusilli With Basil Pesto:- A regular fusilli pasta dish with some veggies tossed in Pesto sauce. Nice in Taste.
Raspberry Entremet:- Entremet is a classic French dessert, which was originally served as a sweet treat between courses at banquets. An Entremet is multilayered mousse based cake with various complementary flavours and varying textural contrasts.
Here Timo serves it in raspberry flavour. The upper layer is made up of a thin layer of raspberry chocolate, the middle layer is made up of soft and delicious vanilla mousse and the core is filled with raspberry jelly. The presentation is uniquely done with some flowers and sweet sauces. The Entremet tastes delicious just the way it looks. Highly recommended.
Toffee Pudding:- Toffee pudding is steamed for maximum moisture. Very fined chopped dates, pecan nuts are added to this cake. The cake is topped with Vanilla ice cream and pieces of strawberries. Served with toffee caramel hot sauce to pour over it. Trust me when I had my 1st bite of it. A blast of flavours in my mouth ahhh Heaven! Perfectly baked cake with a drooling Toffee Sauce with Vanilla Ice Cream and some strawberries, yeah it makes it the most delicious dessert. Highly recommended.
Almond Biscotti milkshake:- It has almonds, Biscottis blended with milk and topped with some Popcorn and caramel sauce. Looks nice and tastes yummy.
Passion fruit, mango and chilli mule:- Aerated mocktail which contains passion fruit crush, mango crush and for a twist it has chilli flakes. Topped with some gorgeous flowers for decoration. Tastes so yummy a sweet taste of mango, sour and tangy taste of passion fruit and spiciness of Chilli flakes, just delicious. Highly recommended.
This is the perfect place for a date or a family dining.
