After Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop is here in the city of joy! Sitting on Woodburn Park Road, it has now taken the place of the erstwhile Ritu Kumar showroom.
The shop is spread across two floors and is palatial going by its sheer space. Check out the elegant wedding jumpsuits. Choose from their dhoti jumpsuits, ruffled jumpsuits, halter neck jumpsuits and drape jumpsuit, among others. We liked an orange one shoulder embroidered jumpsuit for INR 21,900 by Julie Shah. You can also choose from designers such as K-Anshika Jaipur, Ritu Kumar, Pernia Qureshi, Nupur Kanoi and Sougat Paul.
Experiment with the latest trends in fusion wear from designers such as Krishna Mehta, Anamika Khanna, Masaba and Ridhi Mehra. We couldn't stop eyeing an Anamika Khanna outfit consisting of a cream and black top paired with a skirt and a cape. Another unique outfit was a pre-drape saree and the saree gown from Soup by Sougat Paul.
Men won't leave empty handed from here because the collection is phenomenal. Be it layered sequinned, side lapel or asymmetrical ones, the kurtas and bandhgalas are nothing short of innovative. We could hardly resist a black embroidered cowl kurta from Unit By Rajat Suri for INR 22,500. They also have accessories such as earrings, neckpieces, bracelets, maangtikas and rings for women and bow ties, ties, pocket squares and brooches for men.
