Jen's Kitchen is a newly opened cloud kitchen operating from Downtown Mall, New Town. A multi-cuisine kitchen promises to cook with fresh and finest ingredients sourced from local farms. The packaging is a praise-worthy. The noticeable thing is how they adapt to bio-degradable material for the packaging and cutlery. Its spill-proof keeps food fresh, hot and easy to re-heat.
Chicken Fried Rice is the comfort dish of Indo-Chinese food. The addition of meat, egg, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vegetables spruce up the rice for a delicious meal. Tossed with mildly burnt garlic creates a fantastic flavour. The spice quotient of the dish increases with the addition of peri-peri sauce, makes this my instant favourite.
Chicken Hakka Noodles may be the most frequently ordered Indo-Chinese dish. Noodles tossed with shredded chicken, scrambled eggs, vegetables, and spicy sauces is a heavenly delight!
Tangra-style Chilli Chicken is perhaps the best side with Hakka noodles or fried rice. The secret behind Tangra-style Chilli Chicken is about chunks of boneless batter-fried chicken coated in a hot, sour, and mildly sweet sauce and tossed with capsicum, diced onion, and slit green chillies.
A perfect balance of home-cooked food and flavour of a fine-dining outlet. Decent quantity to price ratio. I am looking forward to trying some of their Indian cuisines soon.
