A simple and humble street vendor, Savita sells an exquisite collection of jewellery fit for parties, starting from INR 150. She prides herself with possession of a number of beautiful, elegant pieces from statement earrings, to chokers, necklaces and amulets.
We loved her collection of oxidised chokers and our favourite one was a chocker with big blocks embellished with multi-coloured stones at INR 250. It's so chic that it can easily be paired with a cute LBD or even with a casual printed saree. We also discovered a few pieces that were oxidised, which started at INR 150. The best part was that some of these oxidised amulets could even be worn on a simple kurti.
Along with her varied sets of neck pieces, we also found a number of statement earrings that go so well with traditional, Indo-Western wear, workwear and casuals too. The earrings start at INR 50. Talk about value for money.
Savita tells us that she sets up her stall almost everyday and updates the collection as per the latest trends.
