Have you heard the term - gastronomicalbliss - well, if you haven't then just look at the pictures below and you will realize what I mean - these are pictures of the BESTPIZZA you can ever lay your hands on in our city of joy - Kolkata.
Sourced from Fabrica Della Pizza currently known as Fabbrica Kolkata - the only pizzeria in town which serves authentic Neapolitan pizza - one needs to actually hold every slice in your hand - fold it (yes, it's that soft a crust) and then take that heavenly bite
So, how do I make my "make your own pizza" so delicious - it's pretty simple actually - I choose Quattro Formaggio (four varieties of cheese), bacon, pork salami or pepperoni in a tomato and basil base - voila and it's ready to be devoured - every bite is cheesy - feels like you are in a gastronomical paradise
Also, if I may add - their StrawberrynCreamShake & hot chocolate (made from 76% Belgian Dark Chocolate) are to die for as well as all their other pizzas on the menu
Of course, no meal is complete without a fab dessert - we enjoyed chef's special dessert - Budino made of Belgian Chocolate, homemade Caramel and White Chocolate - a perfect end to an awesome dinner indeed
Can't stop raving about this one hell of a pizza - already started craving for my next visit
Their comparatively new outlet at CityCentre1Mall does complete justice to their awesome food on offer with its bright interiors and especially that beautiful outdoor section which comes to life every evening with all those fairy lights on
If you haven't had a pizza from here till date - you are actually missing out on a slice of heaven - take my word on that and dine-in or order one asap - they are also operating from their AllenbyRoad outlet
Last but not the least, it was lovely meeting you beautiful professor cum home chef finally in person in 2021 after planning all through the latter half of 2020 - thank you for your amazing company dear Priyadarshini D - your presence made the evening, even more, special girl
