A romantic rooftop lounge, a cosy indoor bar and an artsy outdoor seating, all in one place with its designs taking inspiration from a beehive structure. Sounds interesting? There is a new kid on the block and team LBB got the first look. Behive Kitchen & Bar in Phase 1, Hinjewadi is a must-visit. It is opening its doors for the public on February 22.
The place is divided into three parts. The first one is the chic indoor seating. Second, is the outdoor open-air seating with arty furniture and beautiful hexagonal beehive-shaped cabanas. The third one is the rooftop arrangement that is super-romantic. At the back is a green well-mowed lawn for personal parties. The total capacity of the place is around 1000 people, which is the largest in the city.
There are multiple cuisines to choose from. The casual dining bar serves Indian, continental, Chinese and Italian. We recommend you try their starters which are their speciality. We tried the chicken tikka popcorn, Chapli kebab, Afghani rolls and Taiwanese crispy mushrooms. For mains, we had paneer tikka casserole.
You can gulp down drinks from their bars, especially the cocktails to which they give their own twists. We suggest you try the Kashmiri cosmo which has kawha infused vodka as well as the Behive sour which has Bourbon whiskey and egg white.
They also have an in-house brewery which will brew its own beer very soon. With an in-house party lawn, brewery and different seating, this place is something to look forward to.
