You’re either a Maggi or a Wai Wai loyalist or both. If you love Wai Wai, we found Wai Wai City in City One Mall in Pimpri that is offering several versions of the packaged noodles. And, most of them are delicious.
Sitting in the mall’s food court, on the third floor, the little stall offers a variety of Wai Wai in different sauces. They also have a few snack and meal options that are very budget-friendly. They have appetisers like zucchini masala fries, honey chilli potatoes, fried wontons, chicken momosas (their rendition of chicken momos and samosas combined) among other items. They also offer soups, momos, stir-fried momos, spring rolls and such bites.
Trust me, your Chindian heart is going to sing while snacking on the Wai Wai bhel. The bhel is quite standard, with chopped tomatoes, onions, sweet and sour chutneys and the Wai Wai masala all blended with raw Wai Wai bits. It’s a chatpata snack that would make any chaat-lover happy.
If you’re looking for something more filling, try one of the options from Wai Wai noodle bar. You can either choose to make-your-own-noodle or select any one of their available options. We tried the kung pao noodle, which is a medium-spicy blend of noodles with a ton of veggies. You can of course, opt to add chicken to it too. It made for a great, quick bite that was packed with flavour.
A meal for two here will set you back INR 300 or so. You can enjoy this Chindian-style of food in the food court of City One Mall.
