Based out of Bansdroni in Kolkata, Wow Vegan is run by Nupur Dhar, a home baker who makes the most amazing vegan, dairy free desserts. Think donuts, churros, ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, ice cream cakes, chocolate mousse and brownies (we're tempted already!). Find cakes in a whole lot of flavours - you name it and she has it. Think blueberry, mango, truffle, fruit jam, caramel, butterscotch, chocolate, mousse, orange, mint, cherry chocolate chip, coconut, peanut butter and lots more. Nupur also makes brandy and whiskey flavoured cakes along with themed ones (think rainbow, unicorn, mermaid).
The vegan donuts and churros start at INR 100. Choose from four kinds - plain, sugar glazed, chocolate glazed, and cinnamon-sugar coated ones. But if it's ice creams that you love more, then you should definitely try Peppermint with Chocolate Chip, Pineapple, Cookies & Cream and Orange with Chocolate Chip. Besides these , you have the usual vanilla, blueberry, strawberry, butterscotch, mango and the like.
Nupur also makes brownies and chocolate mousse if that's your jam.
