Started by a Mumbai girl, Diksha, who moved here with her folks, furniture and fun vibe, Aerostel’s in Calangute and literally plonked in the middle of all activity. Cafes, shops, bars and tourist hangouts are close by and to keep things interesting, Diksha intends on hosting terrace movie nights, pub crawls, workshops and such. Her mum’s an artist and will organise macrame, dreamcatcher, terrarium and other classes once the guests start pouring in. Plus, the family’s been very careful about safety and security here (just parent things, ya know).
The charges start at INR 499 for a bunk bed in the 10-bed mixed dorm and go up to INR 599 for the female and mixed dorms with 6 beds each.
