Another one located in Panjim and very recently opened is Isabella's Tapas Bar. The cocktails at this Spanish Tapas flirt with experimental flavours such as fig liqueur and limoncello. Their drinks are truly out of the box, and were made especially to pair with their food.

Sakana is the OG Japanese restaurant in Vagator and there isn't a better place to see how the Indo-Japanese gin can be experimented with than here.
