9 Hostels In Goa That Guarantee An Affordable And Fun Stay
Overview
Old Quarter
The Old Quarter hostel is located in the oldest Latin Quarter of Asia called Fontainhas in Panjim. Not only do you get to stay in a beautiful area, with quaint and colourful buildings, but live in a property that is 200-years-old itself. You can hang out at their cafe that doubles up as a co-working space, in the process helping you meet a lot of fellow travellers, as well as peeps from Goa who work out of here. And mostly, they are all happy to share a coffee/beer over conversations. The walls are beautifully painted, and you definitely won’t want to miss snapping some photos while you’re there!
Old Quarter has dorms, as well as private rooms with wi-fi, hot water, breakfast and even bicycles on rent and with rates starting at INR 850 and upwards for a bed.

The rates in the dorm start at INR 820 but can go up to INR 1,300 to INR 1,600 in the last week of December. You can sign up for morning yoga, BBQ get-togethers, rooftop movies or kick back at the Bombay Roasters Cafe with fellow Jungle dwellers. Have privacy issues?
